Support Advisors within brokerage services on how to use the tool, and provide tips and suggestions on utilization efficiency. Handle technical support of the tool including answering questions, helping with systems access and all resolution concerns. If the issue can not be resolved, the case will be passed along to an escalations technical support team. This individual will only provide assistance to Advisors through phone (no email technical support is needed). The estimated call volume in this role is approximately 50 calls/day. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in the below skillset Prior experience in a systems/technical support role.
