Job Overview: As the Office Manager for our leasing company, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office. Your primary duties will include managing office procedures, supervising administrative staff, handling tenant inquiries, and coordinating leasing activities. Collaborate with vendors and building management to ensure a well-maintained office space Maintain HR filing system. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and billing allocations.
