As a bi-lingual (spanish) Recruiting Coordinator with iCIMS experience, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process using the iCIMS platform. Your role will involve coordinating and managing candidate interactions, scheduling interviews, updating candidate statuses, and ensuring the smooth flow of recruitment activities. This position requires proficiency in using iCIMS along with organizational and communication skills.salary: $30 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesMust be bi-lingual in spanish Utilize iCIMS to manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and updating candidate profiles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in iCIMS, including tracking candidate progress and updating statuses. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information about the recruitment process and addressing inquiries. Assist with the creation and distribution of job postings on various platforms through iCIMS. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates. Generate reports and metrics from iCIMS to track recruitment activity and performance. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including managing documentation and facilitating communication through iCIMS.
