Description of Duties: Full Month End Close process, including: Bank Reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Accepting/Coding transactions from bank and credit cards Reconciling Balance Sheet accounts such as inventory and gift card/series liabilities Breakdown Payroll from payroll journal reports to appropriate departments Enter sales and cost of sales Break down distributor invoices General organization of P&L expenses Cash Management Payroll processing Sales Tax filing 1099 processing Preparing financial statements and related reports Journal Entries Communicating regularly with Clients for support Other duties as assigned. Responsibility: Ensuring that all clients have accurate financials, timely every month. Ongoing communication that supports the client on a regular basis. Time sensitive duties such as payroll, sales tax filing. Multi-tasking Minimum Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree in business or related field preferred.
