The Process Engineer will setting up and starting up all scheduled production, new tooling, secondary and auxiliary equipment, and robots. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. location: Mequon, Wisconsin job type: Permanent salary: $60,000 - 67,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: - Responsible for the development and implementation of manufacturing methods ensuring the highest quality, lowest cost, lowest scrap, and optimum capacity. - Understands the Bill of Materials regarding materials required for the job being setup and started. - Performs mold changes/setups, pneumatic/electrical/water hookups, and processing in a given press per the setup procedures and Bill of Materials. - Complete starts up and troubleshoots all production machines, secondary and auxiliary equipment, and robotics within any given area of the production department. - Set up and maintenance of plastic injection molding, compression on transfer hydrologic presses - Documents and revises all setup process sheets as required.
