This role demands meticulous management of information workflows within the accounting department and its interactions with other sectors of the company, focusing on process enhancements and supporting team members in their functions. The selected candidate will contribute to the creation of financial statements, oversee the consolidation of various entities, and analyze specific ledger accounts. Oversee or prepare monthly ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments. Engage in the design, testing, and launch of projects aimed at improving system functionalities, reporting, and data requests. Identify and advocate for process optimization, suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy, and support the documentation of financial controls. Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting cycles for international subsidiaries. Convert financial statements of international subsidiaries from local GAAP to US GAAP, including currency conversion and cross-entity transaction assessments   qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 4 years of progressive experience as a Senior Accountant. Proficiency in Excel and Bolo or similar financial systems. Required: Thorough knowledge of GAAP. Experience with private companies preferred. Background in international accounting beneficial. Must have Big 4 Public Accounting experience.
