Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. Responsibilities: Process invoices, including coding, data entry, and obtaining approvals Reconcile vendor statements, research, and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers Review and verify expense reports Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records Assist with month-end closing activities Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries Assist with other accounting projects and tasks as needed Qualifications: 1-2 years of accounts payable experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team strong communication and interpersonal skills Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Professional development opportunities salary: $24 - $27 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesPipeline for VC Role.
