The majority of this core group has worked their way up the corporate ladder, starting in entry-level positions in the company and advancing to become leaders in their field. This provides them with a unique and in depth understanding of the staffing industry and the many vertical markets that utilize IT professionals.

Robert M. Dickey, Group President, Technology and Engineering

Years with Randstad Technologies:
22 years
Education: Robert graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities: As the Group President of Technology and Engineering for Randstad US, Robert oversees the entire Technologies and Engineering divisions, which include Randstad Technologies, B2B Workforce and Randstad Engineering. Still retaining his title of President of Randstad Technologies', Robert manages the national and regional sales efforts in its 65+ business units across the U.S. In addition, he oversees the company's key functions including the marketing, technology, and employee development groups as well as all other operational support departments. Accelerating growth and expanding Randstad Technologies' market presence are Robert's key initiatives. In line with this, he also directs the management of DB Concepts, Randstad Technologies' international recruiting arm, which handles all the company's immigration and global hiring activities as well as the strategic development of offshore and near shore recruiting capabilities with facilities in Hyderabad, India.

Company History: Robert joined Randstad Technologies, formerly Sapphire Technologies, in 1994 as an Account Manager in the company's corporate headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. Throughout his career with the company, he has held multiple roles including Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President. Most recently, as Executive Vice President, Robert was responsible for the day-to-day sales strategy for the organization and was instrumental for reinforcing the company's culture. Robert's steadfast leadership has helped position the organization to sustain economic changes and market fluctuations. Under his skilled direction, Randstad Technologies has experienced tremendous growth and development with clients in virtually every sector.

Philanthropic Activities: In addition to overseeing his group’s more than 65 business units across the United States, Dickey provides strategic leadership to impact this critical talent need by partnering in STEM-related initiatives. He encourages his teams and their clients to participate in Nepris, an organization that virtually connects teachers and students with STEM industry experts. He is an ardent supporter of Randstad’s Junior Achievement partnership and actively participates in events such as JA STEM Day. In concert with his STEM focus, Dickey positions his teams to help clients attract and retain today’s talent by readying their IT infrastructure with millennial-friendly technologies and their IT teams with the skills and knowledge to support employees’ evolving technology demands. Dickey strongly believes in cultivating future staffing industry leaders, and he serves as executive sponsor of Randstad’s Blue Chip leadership program. His generous nature and commitment to giving back is well-known across the Randstad enterprise, and Dickey lends his expertise as a board member of the industry association TechServe Alliance. His contributions extend outside of the staffing world to service as chair of the New England chapter of CEOs Against Cancer and the board of directors of Fidelity House Human Services.

Alisia Genzler, Executive Regional Vice President, Southeast

Years with Randstad Technologies: 9 years

Education: Alisia graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services. 

Responsibilities: Alisia Genzler holds the position of Executive Vice President of Southeast, responsible for the success of 23 branch offices located throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to this role, she served as the Regional Vice President of the Northeast for Technisource – holding that position since 2007.

Company History: Alisia started her career with SFN Group as an Account Executive and was promoted into a regional management position in 2006 due to her hard work, leadership, and dedication. She moved over to Technisource in 2007 after the firm was acquired by SFN Group in 2007. Offices under her leadership have excelled; repeatedly winning quarterly and annual production awards. Alisia has garnered the Pinnacle Award, the SFN Group’s highest performance recognition award.

Terry O'Leary, Executive Vice President, Northeast

Years with Randstad Technologies: 20 years 

 Terry graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources.

Responsibilities: As Executive Vice President of Randstad Technologies, one of the largest providers of technology talent and solutions in the U.S, O'Leary oversees the company's Northeast region, a $243M book of business comprised of over 12 local branches.

Andrew Speer, President, Technology Solutions and National Strategic Organization

Years with Randstad Technologies: 12 years

Andy graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Responsibilities: Andy serves as the President of the Technology Solutions and Emerging Accounts divisions and is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the solutions business for Randstad Technologies. In addition, he serves as the head of the commercial division of B2B Workforce, Randstad Technologies’ ERP/Enterprise Application specialty brand.

Professional History: Prior to his current role, Andy was the Vice President of Delivery for Technisource. In this role, Andy led the Technology Solutions division, Field Operations, National Recruiting and National Accounts and was responsible for strategy execution and transformation. He began his career at Technisource as a Regional Vice President over the Southeast Region. Prior to Technisource, Andy was the Executive Vice President of Recruiting for Alternative Resource Corporation (ARC). Andy has been honored with multiple distinguished service awards, and was the two-time recipient of the Manager of the Year by ARC. He has been quoted in many industry-leading publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Wes Wetmore, Vice President, Southeast

Years with Randstad Technologies: 
18 years

Education: Wes graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, Human Physiology concentration.

Responsibilities: Working out of Randstad Technologies' Charlotte, NC office, Wes' management experience and industry business knowledge has helped facilitate the growth of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions for the company. With a continued and refined focus on gaining market share and an understanding of the company's key service offerings, branches under his leadership excel with increased sales and an expanding client base.

Company History: Wes started his career with Randstad Technologies, formerly Sapphire Technologies in July of 1998 as an Account Manager working out of the company's Raleigh-Durham, NC branch office. He has achieved success in each position he has held, earning a spot at President's Club as an Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager. His demonstrated leadership in managing multiple branches led to Wes' appointment as Vice President of the Southeast Region in the fall of 2010.

Taz Stephens, Vice President, Upper Midwest

Years with Randstad Technologies:
10 years
Education: Taz graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Responsibilities: Taz is the Executive Regional Vice President leading the Upper Midwest region, comprised of 15 operating branches, for Randstad Technologies. Taz is responsible for for business operations and service delivery to hundreds of customers through an IT and engineering consulting team of over 3,000 resources. 

Professional History: Taz Stephens has been in the technology recruiting and consulting services business for over twenty years.  He joined Randstad Technologies in early 2006 as a Managing Director for the Itasca, IL branch. After leading the Itasca branch to attainment of the largest revenue branch in the company, he was promoted to Regional Managing Director in 2008, responsible for business operations for multiple offices and then promoted to Regional Vice President of the Upper Midwest region . Prior to joining Randstad Technologies, Taz started his career in 1994 with Interactive Business Systems, Inc. (IBS), a Midwest-focused technology recruiting and custom application development solutions company. Taz held various positions with IBS over his twelve years with the organization to include; Branch Manager, Manager Business Development, Senior Account Executive, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiter.

Chris Martin, Senior Vice President, Sales Design & Strategy

Years with Randstad Technologies: 14 years 

Chris Graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management.

As the SVP of Sales Design & Strategy for Randstad Technologies, Chris is the key stakeholder in driving business development for Randstad Technologies. His current responsibilities include overseeing the execution of the company's overall sales strategy with a specialized focus on retail account growth. Chris has been instrumental in the company's initiatives tied to utilizing big data to develop intelligent sales models for the entire organization.

Professional History: Chris has over 15+ years in the staffing and HR solutions industry and started his career with Randstad back in 2002, as an Account Manager in the King of Prussia office. He then went on to establish the company's presence in the New Jersey market as a Branch Manager. After much success, Chris  took on the role of regional manager of permanent recruiting overseeing teams in the Mid-Atlantic to the NYC Metro area. Not long after, he transitioned to support all of Randstad U.S. by establishing the company's Enterprise Solutions group where he sold across service lines offering new business development and strategic account management to key customer around the country.

Dino Grigorakakis, Vice President, Recruiting and Direct Hire

Years with Randstad Technologies: 6 years

Dino graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Responsibilities: As the Vice President of Recruiting and Direct Hire, Dino is responsible for Contract and Permanent Placement recruiting strategy for all of Randstad Technologies. Dino also provides direct oversight and management of the National Recruiting Centers. His responsibilities include hiring, training, and development of the Recruiters and Managers within these groups.

Professional History: Dino has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry — the majority of that in IT staffing and direct hire for Robert Half International. Dino joined Technisource, now Randstad Technologies, in 2010 and was responsible for growing and managing the direct hire practice across the US. Prior to joining Technisource, he served as Managing Vice President for RHI's strategic accounts group, where he worked with a team of VPs across North America and Europe, with responsibilities including sales training, implementation of best practices, and sales growth for RHI's portfolio of national accounts. Additionally, throughout his professional career with RHI, Dino was responsible for managing 100 to 200 people in sales and recruiting teams located in up to 30 branch locations with annual revenues.

Peter D. Clark, Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Years in the Industry:
7 years

Education: Peter graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Responsibilities: As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Peter works to ensure the growth and development of the company's largest national accounts in our collective portfolio while overseeing Randstad Technologies' Business Development. Additionally, Peter is involved in joint strategic business initiatives with other Randstad Professionals US operating companies.

Professional History:
Peter joined Randstad Technologies, then Sapphire, in January 2009 as Vice President of Business Development. He was also involved in directing Randstad Technologies' consulting and project services division. Prior to joining Randstad Technologies, Peter worked for MPS Group for eleven years where he held a number of executive leadership roles, including SVP for Modis, a global provider of IT staffing and recruiting services. He has over twenty years of sales, operational, and customer relationship management experience with businesses providing global IT staffing services, software and systems integration solutions, enterprise-wide IT project services, and human capital consulting services. 

Philanthropic Activities: Peter is involved in the Homes For Our Troops organization and Folds of Honor Foundation. Homes For Our Troops provides housing for soldiers returning home with serious injuries. Folds of Honor Foundation provides support aide to the families of soldiers killed in service to our country.

Chris Mader, Vice President, Growth Strategy & Development

Years with Randstad Technologies:
20 years

Education: Chris graduated from Rollins College with a BA degree in Mathematics with with a minor concentration in Business Administration.

Responsibilities: In his role, Chris is responsible for creating, developing, and deploying a holistic plan to bring continuity, consistency, standards, measurable metrics, and accountability to the Randstad Technologies growth strategy plan in North America. His team plays a critical role in defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational improvements across the company. Founded in 2013, the Growth Strategy & Development division is a high-profile, high-impact team working with Randstad Technologies businesses across North America, with a core focus on the Unites States and Canada.

Company History: Chris joined the company in 1996 and has excelled at all roles within the organization. Starting out as an Account Manager, Chris quickly established himself as a key contributor and in 1999 was promoted into a management role where he was tasked with opening a start-up office in Hartford, Connecticut. In 2002, his region expanded covering all of New England as well as Randstad Technologies' Canadian operations in Toronto, Ontario. Then in 2005, Chris was promoted to Director of National Accounts where he was responsible for overseeing business development, recruiting and operational compliance for the company's most strategic clients nationwide. In 2008, Chris was named Director of Corporate Accounts and was responsible for overseeing the company's delivery to MSP/VMS clients. Chris was most recently promoted to VP of Growth Strategy & Development in May, 2013. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, over the past 10 years Chris' approachable demeanor and out of the box thinking style has led him to be a mentor on several executive subcommittees within the organization, some of which include: Change Management, Business Development, Operational Compliance, Consultant Care, Client Care, Diversity, Training, and Employee Development.

Philanthropic Activities: Chris is very active in his community and supports many charitable endeavors that focus on children. Since 2004, Chris has been actively involved as a Board Member and coach within the Pelham Little League Baseball program. Pelham LL is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist today’s youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being through the sport of baseball. From 2008-2013, Chris and his wife Kristen founded the Pelham Ice Garden, a registered 503(c) organization. Located in Pelham, NH, The Ice Garden is an outdoor, community ice rink built and maintained by volunteers each winter and runs ice skating programs for children in the southern New Hampshire region. As the President of the Ice Garden, Chris also spearheads its annual flagship event called "Winter Fest" which helps raise money for CHaD, the Children’s Hospital in Dartmouth, NH. For the past 2 years, Chris was the Treasurer for the Nashua, NH chapter for the Folds of Honor Foundation, a 503(c) organization that provides post-secondary educational scholarships for the children and spouses of military men and women disabled or killed while serving the United States of America.

Alison Cohen, Vice President of Operations

Years with Randstad Technologies:
19 years

Education: Alison graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Responsibilities: As Vice President of Operations, Alison oversees all aspects of operational and contract compliance, process, and policy for Randstad Technologies. Under her umbrella of responsibilities fall post sales services, contract administration, contract compliance, field support and operations, and internal training and development.
Company History Alison joined in 1997 as a Technical Recruiter. In 1999, Alison created and launched Randstad Technologies first Virtual Recruiting division and in 2001 advanced to become a Regional Sales Manager. She moved to the operations side of the business in 2003 when she coordinated the efforts involved with the implementation of a new sourcing and contact management software for the company. Alison was also strategically involved with the development and launch of the company's internal training program. Alison was named Vice President of Operations in 2010.
