Education: Graig holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Responsibilities: As president of Randstad Technologies and Engineering, Graig Paglieri is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Randstad Technologies and Engineering brands. In addition, Graig leads Randstad’s central delivery team, whose charge is to develop disruptive and industry-leading delivery capabilities and technology-enabled business models.
Professional History: Previous to his current role, Graig served as Randstad’s chief innovation officer and was committed to driving continuous transformation into an increasingly digital and technology-driven organization. While his start in the staffing industry was over a decade ago, Graig’s first career was with the U.S. Marine Corps, which provided him with the unique ability to develop leadership capabilities and enhance decision-making skills and dexterity — all of which he applies today.

Education: Alisia graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services.
Responsibilities: Alisia Genzler holds the position of Executive Vice President of Southeast, responsible for the success of 23 branch offices located throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to this role, she served as the Regional Vice President of the Northeast for Technisource — holding that position since 2007.
Company History: Alisia started her career with SFN Group as an Account Executive and was promoted into a regional management position in 2006 due to her hard work, leadership, and dedication. She moved over to Technisource in 2007 after the firm was acquired by SFN Group in 2007. Offices under her leadership have excelled; repeatedly winning quarterly and annual production awards. Alisia has garnered the Pinnacle Award, the SFN Group’s highest performance recognition award.

Education: Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
Responsibilities: As Executive Vice President & Chief of Staff for Randstad Technologies Group, Martin Casado is responsible for all revenue enablement support and operational activities for the Technologies, Engineering, and Central Delivery operating companies. He oversees strategic planning, policies, and program management. He aligns business partners and enhances collaboration to support attainment of strategic objectives.
Professional History: Prior to his current role with Randstad Technologies Group, Martin served as Vice President, IT Business Integration, for Randstad USA where he was responsible for establishing business relationships, business/functional analysis, program management, and quality assurance as core competencies within the corporate IT group. Prior to Randstad, he was Vice President of IT Solutions for Kforce. To complement his 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Martin served over 20 years with the U.S. Marine Corps in various leadership roles as an infantry officer.

Education: Andy graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Responsibilities: Andy serves as the President of the Technology Solutions and Emerging Accounts divisions and is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the solutions business for Randstad Technologies. In addition, he serves as the head of the commercial division of B2B Workforce, Randstad Technologies’ ERP/Enterprise Application specialty brand.
Professional History: Prior to his current role, Andy was the Vice President of Delivery for Technisource. In this role, Andy led the Technology Solutions division, Field Operations, National Recruiting and National Accounts and was responsible for strategy execution and transformation. He began his career at Technisource as a Regional Vice President over the Southeast Region. Prior to Technisource, Andy was the Executive Vice President of Recruiting for Alternative Resource Corporation (ARC). Andy has been honored with multiple distinguished service awards, and was the two-time recipient of the Manager of the Year by ARC. He has been quoted in many industry-leading publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Years with Randstad Technologies: 11 years
Education: Taz graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Responsibilities: Taz is the Executive Vice President leading the Upper Midwest region, comprised of 15 operating branches, for Randstad Technologies. Taz is responsible for for business operations and service delivery to hundreds of customers through an IT and engineering consulting team of over 3,000 resources.
Professional History: Taz Stephens has been in the technology recruiting and consulting services business for over twenty years. He joined Randstad Technologies in early 2006 as a Managing Director for the Itasca, IL branch. After leading the Itasca branch to attainment of the largest revenue branch in the company, he was promoted to Regional Managing Director in 2008, responsible for business operations for multiple offices and then promoted to Regional Vice President of the Upper Midwest region . Prior to joining Randstad Technologies, Taz started his career in 1994 with Interactive Business Systems, Inc. (IBS), a Midwest-focused technology recruiting and custom application development solutions company. Taz held various positions with IBS over his 12 years with the organization to include Branch Manager, Manager Business Development, Senior Account Executive, Recruiting Manager and Recruiter.
Years with Randstad Technologies: 15 years
Education: Chris Graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management.
Responsibilities: As the SVP of Sales Design & Strategy for Randstad Technologies, Chris is the key stakeholder in driving business development for Randstad Technologies. His current responsibilities include overseeing the execution of the company's overall sales strategy with a specialized focus on retail account growth. Chris has been instrumental in the company's initiatives tied to utilizing big data to develop intelligent sales models for the entire organization.
Professional History: Chris has over 15 years in the staffing and HR solutions industry and started his career with Randstad back in 2002, as an Account Manager in the King of Prussia office. He then went on to establish the company's presence in the New Jersey market as a Branch Manager. After much success, Chris took on the role of regional manager of permanent recruiting overseeing teams in the Mid-Atlantic to the NYC Metro area. Not long after, he transitioned to support all of Randstad U.S. by establishing the company's Enterprise Solutions group where he sold across service lines offering new business development and strategic account management to key customer around the country.

Education: Joel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a master's degree from Michigan State University.
Responsibilities: As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Joel leads Randstad Technologies' sales approach for account portfolio alignment, sales methodology, productivity and growth metrics, and enhancing training and development programs to facilitate the success of our associates and teams. Additionally, Joel is involved in joint strategic business initiatives with other Randstad operating companies.
Professional History: Joel has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, a majority of that time with Kforce. During his tenure there, Joel led teams across the Unites States to provide IT and finance and accounting staffing and direct hire services. The teams ranged in size from $17m to $150m in revenue and up to 150 employees. After Kforce, Joel was the Division President for Fahrenheit IT Staffing & Consulting and most recently served as President of Sales, Recruiting & Operations for Prosum.
Philanthropic Activities: Joel is on the Board of Directors for the Colorado chapter of Boys Hope Girls Hope, an international organization centered on cultivating youth empowerment through the foundation of education and holistic support.

Education: Dino graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Responsibilities: As the Vice President of Recruiting and Direct Hire, Dino is responsible for Contract and Permanent Placement recruiting strategy for all of Randstad Technologies. Dino also provides direct oversight and management of the National Recruiting Centers. His responsibilities include hiring, training and development of the Recruiters and Managers within these groups.
Professional History: Dino has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry — the majority of that in IT staffing and direct hire for Robert Half International. Dino joined Technisource, now Randstad Technologies, in 2010 and was responsible for growing and managing the direct hire practice across the U.S. Prior to joining Technisource, he served as Managing Vice President for RHI's strategic accounts group, where he worked with a team of VPs across North America and Europe, with responsibilities including sales training, implementation of best practices and sales growth for RHI's portfolio of national accounts. Additionally, throughout his professional career with RHI, Dino was responsible for managing 100 to 200 people in sales and recruiting teams located in up to 30 branch locations with annual revenues.
