Join our growing team and make a real impact. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of professionals to maintain, troubleshoot, and design industrial automation control equipment.
Here's what you'll do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and design industrial automation systems
- Utilize technical software for HMI & PLC programming (RSLogix) in a SCADA system
- Design and maintain control systems to industry standards (NEC, OSHA, UL 508A)
- Utilize AutoCAD & Visio for control system design
- Install, calibrate, and repair online analytical equipment (occasional)
- At least 3 years of experience with PLC programming & troubleshooting
- Familiarity with HMI and motor controls
- A certificate or degree in automation/electronics (or equivalent experience)
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Excellent work-life balance with on-call scheduled only about once every 5 weeks (paid) - typically 2 days per week

Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot and design industrial automation control equipment
- Utilize technical software for design, coding and testing HMIs and PLCs in a SCADA system
- Design and maintain control systems to NEC, OSHA and UL 508A standards
- Utilizes AutoCAD and Visio software for control system design
- Writes code and configures HMIs
- Develops PLC code for industrial control applications utilizing RSLogix
- Creates networks to include Ethernet, ControlNet, MOD Bus
- Installs, calibrates and repairs online analytical equipment
- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
