once i have completed the employment documents, do i have to redo them when i pick up a job for a different location?
Nobody likes duplicating efforts, so once your employment forms have been approved, you will be a Randstad employee and ready to work at several of our clients' locations. Only if our customer requires a drug or background check will you have to complete additional forms. Of course, from time to time, an updated form might need your electronic signature, but this only happens on occasion.

my cell number changed. how do i let you know?
Log in to the app using your old phone number and current password. Select the lower right menu icon and then slect "my profile." Select "cell number," and enter your new cell phone number.

why does it say "find a friend"? what if i don't have a friend?
You will have to “find a friend” to verify you are who you say you are and that you are eligible to work by validating your I-9 documentation. If a friend is not available, our Randstad office is always happy to help! Just give us a call and we can set up an appointment.

why can't i see any jobs? why is the job i want not showing? what if i don't like any of the jobs i match with on the app?
Be sure to check the job preferences selected on the app. Did it include all the job categories and job titles that you are qualified for and interested in? This will affect the jobs that are presented.

what do i do after i complete my safety video, drug test consent form and/or PIT test?
Check your email for background email.

what if i haven't received the "background check invitation" email? i didn't get the background email, can you resend it?
Assuming you've also checked your spam folder for the email from Infomart, the branch or call center should send an email to gs-background (gs_background@randstadusa.com) and a background check email from Infomart will be re-sent.
(Note: We are working with InfoMart to include the required background check forms within the app so no background check email will be needed. We expect this to be ready by the end of July 2022.)

how do i rate the assignment i just worked?
You will receive a prompt notification in the app to rate your assignment upon completion.
