Set up test scenarios, operate testing units, and handle tasks such as measuring and cleaning up post-test. Gather and analyze data, compile detailed test reports, and highlight significant findings and anomalies. Utilize tools like Excel and PowerPoint to present findings and contribute to product development discussions. Operate and maintain various measurement equipment and work with prototypes to evaluate product performance. Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the lab to provide a safe and efficient testing environment. Optionally, design and create test fixtures to improve testing processes and outcomes. Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in testing or QA, particularly in a lab environment. Proficient in setting up lab tests and conducting data acquisition with a focus on beauty products. Experienced in using measurement equipment and managing prototypes. Skilled in generating detailed reports and using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
