One of our clients, located in the Sugar Land, TX area is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of 4 CSR's. salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the customer service department for all areas relating to customer service and support. Leading and motivating the Customer Service Team to ensure they are giving the best customer service possible. This position will manage customer service personnel, monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly customer service and support activities. This position will be responsible for collaborating on, creating, implementing and maintaining standard procedures and updates as they apply to the customer service department for continued efficiencies and superb care. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; conducting surveys; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications. Supporting Senior Customer Service Rep with RMA process; handle full process as needed based on work load and staffing requirements. Monitor and follow up on rush orders and special request through purchasing and production. Maintain portal login and passwords, as well as any portal training needed. Courtesy communication with customers by telephone, and email as routine follow up. Initiation of routing services of business with customers and conducting surveys to get customer feedbacks. Analyze and review forecasts and stocking levels with Senior CS Rep; if Senior CS Rep foresees an issue, partner with both the customer and senior management to be proactive.
