job summary: The ISS department is part of the rapidly growing Hospitality Engineering division within Client. The department is responsible for the successful delivery of some of the largest and most critical components of Hospitality. This position is within the Enterprise Program Office (EPO) team managing the program deliverables under eCustomer Relationship System. You will be dedicated to supporting the scope and managing the deliverables that help our customers market and engage their guests at every stage of their travel journey. location: Irving, Texas job type: Contract salary: $65 - 70 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: In this role you will be the ambassador of the platform's vision and serving leader to our Product and R&D teams ensuring the deliverables and capacity are aligned with the scope. The ideal candidate will have strong background in scope, schedule, and budget management, and strong expertise in software delivery.This role requires a proactive thought leader with excellent analytical and planning skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and transformative environment through proactive collaboration. As you will be working with global teams, you will require to bring in structural approach and organization to multiple teams and support them with aligning on the ways of working. Support the efforts to define the scope for the delivery teams across, in line with the strategic objectives and proactively manage on-going pipeline and status of all deliverables, including obtaining committed delivery timeline and follow up on the delivery details.Creating, managing and keeping updated a dashboard/tool of choice to provide accurate status of all deliverables, including risks & issues. Provide a regular executive summary covering the risks/issues that need management attention. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular reports.Act as a point of contact for on-going questions about the scope, deliverables, and risks and help advance the visionTransform data into insights to identify positive and negative trends and use it to help solve challenges or improve the delivery process.Align stakeholder on the direction and monitors overall progress and results. Apply knowledge of Amadeus products to recognize new opportunities to help shape success across ISS products. Collaborate with different delivery and management teams and support sizing, estimating, and budgeting efforts as per Amadeus processes. Support streamlining efforts where methodology of the delivery teams varies. Support the development of KPIs and optimize and monitor overall program performance Manage the budget and financial planning for area of responsibility incl. report deviation and provide the details of the provided mitigation plansEnsure correct & appropriate Data is received and tracked from R&D and other teams as defined by SLA. Support delivery teams by solving & monitoring data for Problem (PTRs) respecting SLA. Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes. Supporting the conducting periodic and regular audits of incident ticketsContribute in preparing findings and recommendations to appropriate decision groups and communicate and document known resolutions to problems or issuesAssist Delivery and Product teams with PI planning activities and prepare agenda and presentation for the opening session, leadership readout, and closing ceremony Qualifications Proven experience in a project management or as a delivery manager role in software developmentIntermediate kowledge of project management methodologies and tools, like Jira and Rally 6+ years experience Knowledge of eCustomer Relationship System Personal skills Multicultural approachExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tooling skills Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Rally, or Asana.Advanced skills with collaboration and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack.Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Excel and for document management (Confluence or Sharepoint)Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
