Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in office Work life balance No Business Development location: Fort Worth, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $140,000 - 180,000 per year work hours: 8 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Tax Compliance Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and tax compliance for clients' fund partnership vehicles, including private equity, infrastructure, private debt, and real estate investments. Provide clients with advice on income tax issues and related tax planning. Collaborate with clients' internal teams to address investors' tax inquiries and ad-hoc requests. Expertise in the taxation of partnerships, LLCs, and other flow-through entities. Research and resolve complex technical tax issues. Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax compliance processes. Plan and schedule engagements, supervising workflow efficiently. Lead, train, and mentor accounting teams throughout engagements. Assist in the formation and dissolution of fund entities. Support the fund accounting team and external tax advisors with IRS W forms preparation and review. Communicate effectively with engagement partners to ensure high-quality work. Participate in firm administrative functions and initiatives. qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M in taxation, and/or master's in taxation from an accredited institution. CPA or licensed attorney preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for partnership tax and/or Private Equity experience. Expertise in identifying and resolving complex income tax issues. Exceptional multi-tasking and priority management skills in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in using firm technology to enhance client service.
