Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.Regularly report on project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.Manage team during the build and implementation phases, while carrying out activities to configure software packages and/or manage technical resources or vendors 2.
