Work with all levels of associates and vendors for accurate and timely processing of invoices from receipt to payment for both PO and non-PO purchases. 2. Manage and coordinate payment processes to include vendor setup, banking interfaces, payment execution, and issue resolutions. 3. Validate invoice content, accuracy, and approval authorization. Work with management to resolve validation issues. 4. Execute/Assist in the daily payment process for checks, ACH and wire payments. Ensure vendor discounts are takent advantage of when appropriate. 5. Research and resolve AP questions submitted by phone and email. Communication with external vendors must be done in a diplomatic fashion in order to maintain vendor relationships. 6. Reconcile PO's, invoices, and payments monthly 7. Run monthly reports 7. Assist with end of month closing proess Minimum Qualifications: 1. 3-4 years AP experience with understanding of full AP cycle and 3-way match 2. Above average oral and written communication skills 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with Vlookup and Pivot Tables Experience and Outlook 4. Well organized, detail oriented, and has ability to problem solve 5. Must be able to maintain confidentiality 6. Minimum Associates Preferred 7.
