Assisting with Registration and Troubleshooting: Helping dealers register for classes, addressing any challenges they face in the learning center, and troubleshooting access issues. Setting Up Tours of Learning Centers: Coordinating and arranging tours of the learning centers for dealers to familiarize them with training facilities and resources. Providing Customer Service and Support: Handling incoming customer calls, responding to email inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs. This includes processing new orders, tracking open orders, checking pricing and availability, and troubleshooting problems. Collaborating with the New Business Team: Working closely with the new business team to guide new dealers through engaging with Lennox, promoting training classes, and nurturing long-term relationships. This involves both hunting for new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. Other important aspects include being comfortable with cold calling, managing a high volume of calls (40 outbound calls per day), working in a hybrid environment, and having experience with Excel, Outlook, and call center metrics.
