job summary: Description: This position supports the Change Management team to help meet high impact, departmental goals for client's Natural Gas Operations Organization. - Applies all aspects of change management using consistent change management methodologies and practices including but not limited to: stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communications planning and curation, sponsorship planning, resistance management, implementation planning, risk assessment, training requirements analysis, and overall integration with other project activities - Multi-task oriented and required to perform routine change management consultations for projects, processes, and change initiatives while being willing to adapt and change as business needs change - Capacity to manage an assigned change portfolio independently and own allocations - The role requires proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Teams and SharePoint - Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as group presentation skills - Good leadership qualities such as negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills. - Ability to support training plans and workshops as a project liaison and change expert; experience with managing training content, logistics, facilitation desired.
