In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interactions between clients, adjusters, and medical providers to ensure seamless case management. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, fluency in Spanish, and a minimum of one year tenure with past employers. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of continuous employment with past employers. Fluency in Spanish is required. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Conducts monthly case reviews, ensuring adherence to the Firm's guidelines and tracking progress. Documents client injuries, ongoing symptoms, and treatment providers. Provides regular updates to clients regarding case status and important dates. Reviews treatment plans with clients to ensure accuracy.
