how students benefit

REVup seeks to give students more opportunities to join the workforce in their chosen field and gain meaningful work experience that will help advance their careers.

Students selected into the internship program will participate in an eight-week paid internship where they'll learn and develop skills in sales, business operations and recruiting, and also be responsible for solving a real-world business challenge for Randstad. Finally, they'll gain valuable presentation skills by presenting their results to senior leadership within Randstad Technologies Group.

To qualify, students must:

  • have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • be classified as a senior or recent graduate (within a year or less)
  • be enrolled in degree programs relevant to business, engineering, technology, marketing, communications, human resources and/or related fields
  • be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • be self-motivated and demonstrate personal commitment and drive to meet or exceed objectives
  • be 18 years of age or older
  • Note that these internship positions are virtual and in-person, requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours during the spring/fall and 30 hours during the summer for eight weeks. Randstad does not provide company-sponsored housing, relocation assistance, student visas or green card assistance.
