responsibilities:
- Proficient in establishing and resolving issues across all standard printed circuit board assembly processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 AS9100 practices and adherence to IPC-610-A Workmanship Standards is essential.
- Assist in aligning production schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company revenue objectives.
- Continuously monitor operations, leveraging training and experience to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Contribute to the generation and presentation of process metrics.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks with a keen sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in analyzing information, presenting research findings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Skilled in addressing customer issues related to processes.
