A Construction Coordinator / Supervisor is needed for a large construction project for a leading manufacturing organization. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for daily construction oversight, overseeing project schedules, and assisting with the development of bid packages, estimates, and overall project scope.
Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of experience in industrial construction projects, and an OSHA 30. This is a long-term project slated to last a few years in the Evansville, IN area. Our client prefers local candidates, but may consider a living allowance for qualified regional candidates.

responsibilities:
- Monitor daily construction activities on site and oversee contractors/vendors
- Coordinate scheduling, estimating, materials, and installations
- Ensure specs are met for installations
- Oversee the contractor's Quality Control program and ensure Quality Control procedures adhere to the plans
- Prepare project status reports addressing schedule, budget, safety, and current open issues
