A major player in offshore wind projects is seeking an HSE Coordinator for it's project in Rhode Island. This project is set to last until the end of April 2025 with possible extension.
This is an entry-level friendly role and includes administrative office support duties. As HSE Coordinator, you will plan meetings, prepare reports, track deadlines, take meeting minutes, coordinate calendars across job sites, book travel, and oversee document storage.
Candidates must be local to the Providence or Quonset area and willing to travel between to the two cities as needed. Candidates should also hold a Bachelors degree in safety, quality, environmental studies, business admin, communications or a relevant field. You should have at least 3 years experience with office coordination and documentation practices. Any experience analyzing data or understanding HSE practices is preferred.
