Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Support employee development initiatives, such as training programs, performance evaluations, and career development planning, to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Manage employee relations issues and investigations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration and HRIS maintenance, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on HR projects and initiatives, such as wellness and organizational development efforts.
