Responsibilities
Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for executives and team members, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Document Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and promptly.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents. Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped with necessary materials.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data into databases and maintain updated records. Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as required.
Administrative Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Offer support to other team members as required.
