Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules for service technicians.
- Handle incoming customer service calls and communication.
- Assign and manage dispatch of service calls.
- Organize service routes for technicians.
- Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians.
- Arrange site visits for service, repair, and testing with customers and technicians.
- Manage after-hours on-call schedule.
- Schedule safety testing teams and communicate with customers and inspectors.
- Maintain online service tickets and process daily payroll reconciliations for field technicians.
- Update service ticket database as necessary.
- Regularly update customer information in company database.
- Provide administrative office support, including answering phones.
