Responsibilities
Support the Brazilian Portuguese-speaking client portfolio with their claims by utilizing your fluency in the language and exceptional customer service and office skills
- Intake and collect documentation
- Investigate each claim
- Determine benefits due
- Make timely payments
- Research and apply payment adjustments
- Interact with clients by taking in and making telephone/video calls
- Correspond with clients via email interactions
- Adjudicate property settlements or denials up to a certain authority
- Document notes for each open case until it is closed
