Responsibilities
• Manage asset retirement and transfer processes utilizing SAP and internal systems, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
• Conduct reconciliation of asset disposal GL account, addressing any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Centers to provide asset information, facilitating sales and disposals.
• Administer surplus vehicle schedules, including fair market value adjustments.
• Ensure accuracy by reconciling vehicle fixed asset sub-ledger with Fleet department records.
• Compile monthly GL account reconciliations.
• Update Customer Service assets schedules and liaise with regional offices to enforce asset control policies.
• Prepare assorted asset schedules for managerial review.
• Undertake additional fixed asset responsibilities as required.
