Responsibilities
mployee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Sort and organize documents for easy retrieval.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
- Assist office managers with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between office managers and other departments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create reports, charts, and spreadsheets for various purposes.
- Compile and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the office's general email inbox and distribute inquiries appropriately.
