Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining constructive, positive employee relationships; providing support, partnership, and coaching with Company employees to assist in workplace engagement and loyalty
- Provide Onboarding and training, creating an inclusive, employee-focused experience, based on business values and objectives
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with new and existing employees, to address any concerns and/or needs for additional training or resources
- Conduct Exit Interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends with HR Management
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ability to work on site
- Other duties as assigned
