Responsibilities
- Learn about the company's products and services
- Respond promptly to calls and emails
- Record call details following set procedures Help customers with inquiries about products, services, and stores
- Process orders and direct calls to the right place
- Check documents for accuracy
- Handle insurance verification and authorization
- Use online systems to find necessary documents
- Input and review information in the system
- Keep Customer Service and Management informed about insurance trends
- Update the company's database with new insurance information
- Contact patients if documents don't meet requirements
