Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team through effective coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and ensure open communication.
- Collaborate with HR for talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment.
- Continuously assess and optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, including FDA and cGMP.
- Deliver high levels of Maintenance Schedule Compliance and conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Revise maintenance policies and SOPs as needed and ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities into operational schedules.
