Responsibilities
- Analyze product specifications and requirements to develop and implement effective quality control processes.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspections to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with internal quality systems and FDA regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality systems through the review of metrics, customer feedback, and internal audits.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
