Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on assigned equipment according to established procedures and schedules.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Repair and replace defective components, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Perform calibrations and adjustments on equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Install and configure new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist with the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.
