Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble structural metal products using stainless steel for machinery, ovens, tanks, and other equipment based on mechanical drawings and instructions.
- Perform Mig and Tig welding with precision and expertise.
- Maintain the plant's equipment, buildings, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical troubleshooting skills for maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic engineering.
- Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.
- Assist in preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition and participate in safety procedures and programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including PLC, VFD, and 3-phase electrical installations.
- Perform maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
- Overhaul major equipment as needed and demonstrate mechanical aptitude for equipment disassembly and reassembly.
- Read and interpret shop/engineering drawings and use SAP EAM for maintenance records.
- Uphold quality assurance, GMPs, safety protocols, and regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, OSHA standards, and HACCP.
- Keep abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and engineering concepts.
