Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of servers and PCB boards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Conduct functional tests and performance evaluations to ensure product reliability and functionality.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in quality inspection within the electronics or manufacturing industry required.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, etc.).
- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
- analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding quality standards and continuous improvement.
