Responsibilities
- CNC Operations, both Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers.
- Program, edit, setup, and run parts on 4axis machine independently.
- Operate multiple machines, depending on the task.
- Gibbs programing experience a plus
- HAAS, Mazak and Fanuc experience a plus
- Be able to complete in-process inspections in open setup (micrometers, calipers, thread measurements) and optical comparator (angles and overlays)
- Be able to inspect parts coming off CNC machines for visual defects and workmanship
- Experience interpreting blueprints, basic knowledge of GD&T
