Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Production Supervisor in the Tea/Instant Coffee/ Flour department
- Assists supervisor with training of new employees
- Assists supervisor with developing strategies to improve production and reduce downtime
- Ensure employees are maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation and assists with product change overs.
- Ensures employees are accurately completing all quality, traceability, and production paperwork.
- Utilizes Digital Production System to track downtime, perform quality compliance documents and communicate with support functions.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person. Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.
- Ensure all employees are following all safety/ GMP procedures and policies
- Any other duties assigned by management
