Role Description ???
As a Principal Environment Artist, you won't just create game environments; you'll bring them to life! Working hand in hand with our Creative Director and Art Director ??, you'll embark on a thrilling journey to define the aesthetic and set the GOLD STANDARD for in-game art quality. Your initial mission? To support pre-production and prototyping, and later, to craft awe-inspiring environment art at its finest! ??
Qualifications ??
?+ years of experience OR three shipped titles as an Environment Artist, including one as a Senior Environment Artist
? A mind-blowing portfolio showcasing your unrivaled talent in creating high-quality assets and captivating gameplay spaces
? Diverse 3D game art skills, including expertise in Unreal Engine 4 or higher, photogrammetry, shader wizardry, lighting mastery, physics magic, and cloth sorcery
? An eagle eye for detail and the ability to elevate scene render quality to new heights
?? ? Self-driven and a proactive communicator, with ninja-like collaboration skills across all development disciplines
? Experience with procedural 3D software like Houdini? Consider it a bonus!

? Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director to turn concepts into 3D game environments
? Craft breathtaking natural landscapes, lush foliage, captivating interiors, and jaw-dropping set-pieces for Unreal Engine
?? ? Elevate scenes with your mastery of composition, lighting, and materials
? Share your wisdom by documenting asset creation and world-building best practices
?? ? Inspire and mentor fellow team members on the creative and technical front
? Establish art standards for environments and oversee the integration of outsourced assets
? Keep your finger on the pulse of cutting-edge technologies and enhance pipelines and processes
? Create immersive, visually stunning worlds that breathe life into our gameplay and narrative dreams
