As a SAP Functional Analyst ERP, your main responsibility is to analyze and understand the business requirements of the organization and translate them into functional specifications for the SAP ERP system. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve business processes and optimize system functionality.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert Subject Matter/designing thinking and functional support, including maintenance for complex activities within SAP ECC core modules including: (This role is equivalent to an SAP consultant) Financials (FI); Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Human Resources (HR), or support for Cloud Based Solutions (SAAS) including Success Factors (and understanding interface back to SAP)
- Expert support for Cloud Based Solutions (SAAS) such as Success Factors
- Design and develop complete solutions in respective SAP modules and related systems to meet end user or project requirements including process flow and system documentation for new developments (i.e. business process flows, requirements matrices with RACI indications and functional specifications)
- Support Quality Assurance activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and regression testing / negative testing to include development of test scripts
- Experience with SAP reporting and modeling tools: SAP query, Report Painter/Writer, SHDB Scripts, SAP GUI Scripting

- Experience with SAP Technologies such as IDOCs, BDC Sessions, Workflow, DMEE, Classification, Background Jobs and /or variant configuration
- Understand Waterfall, Agile, and SAP Activate Project Methodology
- Log and track service requests and incidents including message handling and dispatching, resolution tracking, and problem escalation (via Incident tracking software)
- Utilize a variety of resources to resolve questions and problems, including working with consultants, self-help, ASUG networks, OSS, etc.
- Provide on-call support and Service Request queue monitor rotation
- Contribute EIT requirements for RFP responses, vendor evaluations, etc.
