job summary: A Senior Supply Planner is needed for a multinational corporation that is involved in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of athletic apparel, equipment, accessories, and services in the Beaverton, OR area. This role manages the end-to-end supply chain to create reliable plans, meet inventory goals, and ensure supply availability by leveraging data, improving capabilities, and collaborating across global and functional teams. location: Beaverton, Oregon job type: Contract salary: $32.14 - 39.28 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Create and deliver reliable supply plans to serve consumers.Align supply plans to inventory objectives.Leverage data and advanced analytics to drive and influence cross-functional stakeholders.Provide clear and compelling insights, options, and recommendations.Support day-to-day management of a segment of full lead-time and/or responsive business.Work on initiatives to improve supply planning capabilities and decision making.Play an active role in creating a dynamic culture of respect and inclusion.Engage and collaborate with global and geography product, merch, planning, analytics, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.Ensure supply is positioned for critical product and demand priorities.Partner with Tech and analytics teams to gain insights and build sustainable capabilities.Connect within the team to share and receive best practice insights. Skills: Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills.Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working.Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically building positive relationships between key players and immediate team.High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).Tolerance for a sophisticated, ever-changing and dynamic work environment.Ability to demonstrate good decision making in ambiguous circumstances.Experience preferred with Tableau, Cognos, SSAS, MMX, SAP.Experiences preferred in supply/inventory planning and management, marketplace planning/buying, merchandising, demand planning, financial planning.
