Apply todaysalary: $25.29 - $25.3 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 3 PM - 11 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities• Visually and manually inspect manufactured parts per acceptance criteria • Interpret advanced blueprints, assembly drawings, angularity, profile, various datum’s (Vectors) and results from advanced measuring techniques (CMM, Keyence, FARO arm) per acceptance criteria. • Create FAIR and inspection plan documentation, utilizing drawings and standard templates. • Record/document all receiving, in-process, and final inspection findings as required and initiate Fast Response as needed. • Achieves and maintains applicable certifications, including plating inspection certification, weld inspector certification, general inspector certification, and hardness testing. • 5S+ involvement which includes but not limited to your working area • Uphold quality integrity and generate non-conformance reports when parts do not meet specifications • Ability to work with MFG-PRO to process parts systematically and WISPER for DMR generations • Additional Quality specific functions as necessary The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesmanual lifting up to 35lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeSkillsBlueprint Reading (1 year of experience is required)quality inspector (1 year of experience is required)calipers (1 year of experience is required)micrometers (1 year of experience is required)Inspect quality and defects (1 year of experience is required)Prepare inspection reports (1 year of experience is required)Manufacturing (1 year of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 1 yearExperience level: Entry LevelRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
