We're a leader in engineered structural connectors and are seeking a Maintenance Lead for our 2nd Shift in Columbus, OH. You will support production by maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment, including conveyors, stamping presses, and sortation systems. This role also involves supervising the daily activities of the maintenance team, providing coaching and mentorship, and identifying opportunities for skill development.
