The Electrical Test Engineer role involves coordinating the design, testing, and documentation of electronic components and systems, requiring proficiency in C# programming, test hardware design, and collaboration within a global team to ensure project success in the aerospace industry. location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa job type: Contract salary: $54.29 - 76.36 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate the design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry.Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.Prepare engineering sketches or specifications for equipment, facilities, products, or systems.Generate documentation, including specifications of proprietary hardware or software, to track progress and analyze performance.Conduct engineering work and applied research, development, and design of new products.Provide technical mentoring to junior engineers. Skills: Proficiency in programming language C#, designing test hardware, and experience with test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Signal Generators, etc.Prior experience in Avionics/Aerospace is a plus.
