The Office Warehouse Lead oversees administrative tasks, manages inventory, supervises warehouse staff, and coordinates with various departments to optimize efficiency and productivity. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in warehouse management or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Complete weekly reports, including filling out spreadsheets with storage revenue, return inventory, and total deliveries for the week. Assist in various tasks as needed. Fill in for other positions in the absence of team members. Cross-train to cover multiple positions within the warehouse. Provide physical coverage for the office in the event of the hiring manager's absence.
