Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Maintain accurate tracking of fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Regularly review and reconcile loan accounts. Record profit and loss, monitor financial performance, and report on company gains/losses. Prepare comprehensive financial reporting for leadership review. Payroll & Job Costing Process multi-state payroll, ensuring full compliance with differing state regulations. Manage certified payroll reporting in accordance with project and government mandates. Execute detailed job costing analysis to ensure construction projects remain profitable and on budget. Specialized Operations & Analysis Assist with the processing and tracking of construction payouts and lien waivers. Conduct thorough rate increases and profitability analysis. Manage annual commercial insurance renewals and compliance. Team & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the office and leadership team as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
