In this essential role, you will be involved in the daily flow of products through our facility, ensuring that all items are processed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload incoming products, verify contents against purchase orders or invoices, and inspect items for damage or discrepancies. Inventory Management: Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and using inventory management systems/scanners to maintain accurate records. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment according to established procedures and quality standards. Loading and Unloading: Safely load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse using equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift, if certified). Safety and Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines, report unsafe conditions, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines. Qualifications and Skills Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) safely and repeatedly. strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic math and computer literacy skills (familiarity with inventory software/scanners is a plus).
