Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and close sales. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line, including janitorial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and accessories. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to remain competitive in the marketplace. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment. Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipment schedules and address any delivery-related issues. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.
