Document production activity, quality checks, and any operational issues encountered. Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision or maintenance staff promptly. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering suggestions and feedback. We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Operator specializing in high-value material fabrication. This role primarily involves the setup and operation of 2-axis Lathes using Fanuc controls to produce precision components from gold and other precious metals. Because we work with gold, the ideal candidate must demonstrate extreme precision, a "zero-waste" mindset regarding scrap collection, and a high level of integrity.
