This individual will support an awesome team that specializes in High Temperature Superconductor (HTS) based transmission lines that enable long distance, low loss, cost-effective power transfer in small right-of-way areas. The Engineering Lab team is responsible for building test beds for a wide range of components and materials supporting our products. This person would be responsible for supporting the company's systems and products by designing and executing experiments to evaluate product performance. The right person will have outstanding communication (written and verbal) and be a motivated, self-starter who is detail-oriented with a positive approach to problem solving. This individual would follow SOPs to assemble mechanical and electrical laboratory equipment using a variety a skills. Must have at least 2+ years of related experience with the ability to read and understand engineering drawings as well as use a multitude of hand tools and electromechanical test equipment.
